Welcome, I’m glad you could join me! I hope you’re here because, like me, you’ve decided you need to make a change. Or maybe you’re just hoping a change is possible. Let me assure you, it is. You CAN be healthier, you can feel BETTER than you do. Together, that’s what we’re going to make happen. You and me. It’s a journey. Together, we can get you to where you want to be.
You’ve probably already tried a lot of things. Diets or exercise that didn’t work. Changes that didn’t stick. Help that didn’t help enough. Programs you couldn’t make work day to day, for life. Whatever your challenge is, weight or pain, brain fog or allergies, stress or sleep or autoimmune or blood sugar issues, there are things we can do to help.
This process works differently for every person. Your body, your genetics, your history, your circumstances… your life… is unique. Understanding your personal challenges, your history, and your bioindividuality is key to discovering the things that will improve your health. And not just for this week, but improvements that can last for life. Let’s get started on the process of discovering Your Personal Path to Better.
How do I know it’s possible? Because I’m doing it myself. I became a Holistic Health Coach because my own health was broken. Well, actually most of my family’s health was struggling, and then my younger sister died. Of the very same issues I already had. I knew I wasn’t getting the help I needed and I was scared. A chance conversation made me realize that everything I knew about getting healthy was wrong, so I went and learned and turned my health around. Something profound had happened and I realized how many people need the help I couldn’t find. People just like you. People who’ve tried and failed to get the change they need.
I don’t yet know what your answers will be… because there aren’t any magic answers. Instead, we start with questions. What has worked? What has failed? What are your goals? What always gets in your way? What does your body tell you? What has your doctor said to do that you just can’t ever get to work? With the right questions we can discover what changes will be useful, and you’ll learn the tools to fit those changes into your life. Day to day, for life. We’ll discover what your answers are, because only your answers are going to change your world.
So… where to begin? The only place you can begin is where you are right now. Today. This Minute. In the body you have, with the issues you have, with the life you have right now. A day from now, a month from now, a year from now, that can be different, but let’s start with where you are and what you know, today.

If you’re still not sure, let’s talk about how we start, and how I did.
We start with what you already have. You already have an idea of where you want to be. You want to be have more energy, lose or gain some weight, hurt less, or think more clearly. You want to be able to eat or move with less pain, to be able to do the things you used to do. Perhaps your doctor has told you that you need to make changes to treat or prevent an illness and you’re struggling to do that. Or you’re worried about being there for your grandkids.
You want to manage your health better. You want to reclaim your life.
Together, we can do that.
Maybe you don’t know where to start. Or maybe you already have some sort of plan – a plan for eating or exercising, for tending to your health and wellness. What your doctor’s told you. Or just the way you know you “should” do things. Even if you don’t always do them. Or maybe can’t make those plans work at all.
For me, that plan was what the doc advised… “eat less, move more”. If you’d asked me what that meant, exactly, I’d have said:
- Eat Less – less fat, more salads… less meat, more grain… less soda, more juice… less fast food, more home-cooked meals
- Move More – walk more… or at least some… and go to the damn gym
It was a fine plan. A glorious plan. A simple plan. A plan everyone agreed was good.
And it was entirely unworkable. I absolutely could not make it happen day-to-day in my life. And it didn’t make me feel better even when I followed it. That plan died a lonely death under my pain, my illness, my exhaustion, and all the stresses in my life.
So how’s your plan working for you?
If you’re getting stellar results and making it work in your life day after day, then you don’t need me. But if you’re struggling to maintain it, or not getting good results even when you stick to it every day, maybe it’s not the plan that’s going to make you healthy. Are you getting great results? Can you do it every day? Is it making your life more Awesome?
